It works in harmony with the elements of nature, wind, fire, water and earth, using physical touch and energy to aid in reducing tension, to increase clarity, release stress, and invigorate your spirit through assisted stretching, yoga poses, rhythmic massage, and acupressure along the body’s pathways of movement plus meditation.
